The official language is English and Russian.

The scientific program includes keynote lectures (30 min. incl. questions), oral presentations (15 min. incl. questions), poster presentations, panel and round table discussions.

*Registration fee includes participation in the events of the conference, gift bag, presentation book, buffet table, and coffee breaks. The reduction of prices for the members of the IHSS is 15%. The price of the fourchette for those registered without accommodations is 3 000 rub. The price of the accommodations in the Vodnik-club includes breakfasts, suppers, and banquet.

The price for accommodation* in the sale-club "Vodnik" is:
- 60 Euro per night, or 240 Euro for four nights (double room, single occupancy);
- 40 Euro per night, or 120 Euro for four nights (double room, double occupancy).
*Accommodation price includes two meals a day and the conference banquet.
